Comets Fastpitch is a year-round softball organization dedicated to helping female athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and compete at a high level.

Every Comets Fastpitch team trains out of The Softball Studio—our dedicated indoor softball development center in Philomath. More than just a place to practice, it's where athletes work with experienced coaches, train with modern player development technology, learn alongside their teammates, and continue improving throughout the year.

Whether an athlete is taking her first steps into competitive softball or pursuing the opportunity to play in college, our goal remains the same: help every player become the best version of herself, both on and off the field.

Comets Fastpitch currently offers opportunities for athletes at the:

Our teams compete throughout the year in USA Softball, USSSA, NAFA, Triple Crown, and other regional tournaments throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Every season combines competition with intentional player development through team practices, strength and movement training, individual instruction, clinics, video analysis, and year-round access to The Softball Studio.

The Softball Studio

The Softball Studio was created to give female softball athletes something our region has never had before—a dedicated indoor softball development center designed exclusively for them.

Here, athletes can practice with their teams, train independently, work with instructors, develop strength and movement, review video, attend clinics, and continue building confidence throughout the year. Our goal is to create a place where every athlete feels welcome, continues to improve, and always has a home for softball.
